Account Manager(s)
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to manage InfraWebs existing and growing client base, which includes supporting the InfraWeb Manager and ORV product and serving as the primary contact for all relevant products and relationships.
Account Managers follow proactive account management strategies to support customers in the following areas: training sessions, leading on-site meetings and account reviews, offering continuing product education, presenting best practices for Communications and Marketing workflow, and delivering extraordinary customer service via email and phone communication.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Exceed customer's expectations by providing extraordinary service for all customer requests.
- Provide training and assistance to customer base through training sessions, presentations, and inbound customer contact.
- Understand the Communications, Marketing and Investor Relations industries and the job functions of your customers in order to become an invaluable resource to your customers.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal groups to solve customer problems.
- Meet travel expectations for on-site customer meetings
- Work with sales team to renew and expand current accounts.
- Continuously work to promote the InfraWeb products and identify sales opportunities.
